I went to Advance Auto this morning to replace a burned out headlamp. The associate looked it up, selected it from the shelf herself and rang me out. I got home and it wasn't right. I went back and they refused to return/exchange it because I opened it. THEIR MISTAKE, but wouldn't fix it. I drove across the street to O'Reilly where they not only had the correct part, but installed it for me on the spot in less than five minutes. A HUGE difference in customer service. Thank you O'Reilly for turning a bad experience at a competitor into a great experience. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was awesome!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Wendell Blvd. Erin, Ed, and Eddie went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a lighting issue with my truck. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cain was an absolute lifesaver today! He helped me purchase a new battery for my 2014 Ford Focus SE and replaced it for me all in about 20 minutes. He went over the battery options with me and once I made my decision he didn’t pressure me to go with the more expensive option. He respected the budget I was working with. He was patient and kind!
