When I needed help and reached out with installation(I didn’t fully seat the orange plug) they made sure I was in good hands and solved my issue. I had to slide the orange safety plug to the right to fully lock it in. Consider this company when looking for a new hybrid battery. Customer service was outstanding! I purchased a hybrid battery and had a mechanic install it. The mechanic called and said the battery wasn't working. I contacted the seller by email and within moments he responded with pictures and an explanation. I contacted the mechanic with that information and minutes later he said it was working fine. No problems. Fantastic! This seller is the best!
