My youngest son hydroplaned in rainy weather into some trees and a very muddy area of I-85 5hrs from home. Clark’s towing pulled his car out with issue and us get the ball rolling with our insurance company. Lee is a straight shooter but is very honest, knowledgeable and fair!!! Much appreciation, from this Georgia dad, gratitude and thanks!!!

I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future. I have never had any good experiences with them. I will start off by saying their prices are crazy high. The tow charge for an in town transport or anywhere from $25-$50 more than others around in the same area. The storage price that they have is $60 per day, whereas others around the area are $25 per day to $40 per day. I am highly surprised that anyone is willing to pay the prices that they charge. The older gentleman that had the business before these new owners came in was a great guy. The new owners seem like they are wonderful people, but they have little to no experience in the towing industry. Their employees are great people with the exception of one person in particular. Tristan is a young arrogant and cocky individual. In my words, he acts like he is better than anyone and knows more than anyone around. If I had to deal with him again, I would just take my business elsewhere. I honestly cannot believe that they would allow someone with poor attitude and morals as him. I hope that for the companies sake that they will make some changes. I have no problem coming back to them in the future if they make the changes. The sweet lady who answered the phone was polite and stayed calm even through my stress. She was honest with the expected wait time and made sure we were safe. Her driver arrived much more quickly than expected and was extremely polite and courteous. He was fast and efficient and offered to help us more than he was required to. It was a great experience for us especially when we needed this assistance.
