We had Just pulled into the private apartment complex and in less than two minutes this tow truck blows his horn and proceeded to backup to our car hookup and start to drive away. They gave Us no warning no signs posted. There were three elderly people inside the car at the Time. Literally in less than 3 minutes he was hooked up and driving away with us in the car. One person got out of the car and didn't even get to the door of the person we were visiting and this rude jerk of a driver was kidnapping me and two other people. Like a buzzard circling for careon. It is illegal to hookup to an occupied vehicle in the State of North Carolina. Blowing a horn could have been for a cat or dog or a dozen other reasons. We Saw no signage posted for what You alleged. Being visitors doesn't give you the right to pray on us for illegal actions. A lotta your reviews State your illegal actions and have been reported to the local government agencies agencies and may be reported to AAA for violating State laws. Just be kind and courteous and treat people like you would like to be treated. What if we were in an unmarked FBI agents car would You do the same thing to them, just roll up and hook up and drive away with the agents inside. Think about it You have bad business practices that are illegal. Just be kind to people.
