Honest reviews come with some grains of salt some times but in all honesty, it gives for a better, more realistic perspective on your experience. I googled this car that I wanted. Acura TLX A-spec. I saw a few options that were closer to me and in better condition, but this company did have the one I was looking for at the time because it was black w/ red seats. My experience wasn't horrible. They responded to me quickly, very friendly, and was willing to work with my down payment by rasing the price a couple thousand; which is why I chose to go ahead with the sale. Some places want the out of pocket first and then allow you to finance, so I'm pleased with that regardless. Usually the down payment takes away from the cars amount owed, but I decided to go along with them raising the price to accommodate me not wanting to put down anything, because I wanted this particular vehicle. I did a test drive and didn't really take the time to do a full walk around like I usually do. It was my mistake, but the cosmetic issues doesn't bother me. I can always fix on them when I have the time. Some bubbled tint that can be removed, a few scratches around the car, small side dent, scratched up rims from bad previous drivers, and foggy head lights. So no, you may not get a car sold as the picture due to something like that, but overall it was a good experience. Even my pictures doesn't show those things, but in person, they're there. The vehicle isn't as posted in pristine condition cosmetically but the motor sounded fine, drove smooth, and like I said I wanted that model and style. That's all that really matters; is if under the hood is running properly. I love the features on this car. It has everything you can think of wanting, "feature wise", on a car. That's really what sold me. I will say though, Justin was very nice, very easy to work with, and was very knowledgeable on any question asked of him. If you're buying a car from this location, the customer service is 5 stars, but I only gave it four because I didn't know there was a recall on my vehicle; fuel pump, and the cosmetic issues; they will give you a Carfax report where some of the things are listed such as the small dent on the side. So, it was my choice to move ahead....(I am not mad at this dealership because the previous owners had bad taste in cheap tint, could not drive, and was bad with objects and curbs). I'm reaching out to Acura though to see what I can do about this recall on the fuel pump and then I'll start focusing on the minor cosmetic things. Anyway, I'd say give them a try. Esp if you're in the area. They are very willing to help and can answer all your questions. I drove over an hour to pick this car up...I'm happy I did and I hope you will be too. Have a great day.

Had an awesome experience with Adam. Contacted him late Friday afternoon told him what I was interested in. Explained I was 6 hours away and I wanted to make sure everything was good. He got me trade info and answered all my questions about the vehicle in a timely manner. We scheduled a 1:00 appointment for Sunday and had all the numbers figured out before. I was a little nervous because I just purchased another vehicle from a local to me dealer that was claimed to be “hassle free”. And well that wasn’t the case. I pulled in a little before one today and he came out and was ready to help. I was in and out in an hour. No games no hassle no problems. Just easy! I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Just bought a used 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie from Smart Chevrolet North Carolina and it was a 10/10 experience. I was an out of state buyer but that was no issue. My sales person was Paul Hooker who went above and beyond to provide the best service possible for me with great communication. He made sure the truck and all paperwork were prepped and ready for my arrival and even went out of his way to pick me up at the nearby airport! Great dealership, great people!
