Asked for 4 brand new tires, they gave me 4 used ones, not all of them are the same brand, and two are put on backwards. Charged me 300 dollars for this Additionally, they didn’t balance my tires.

I'm disappointed with my experience at this tire shop. I requested a used tire for $50, but they offered me a tire with two patches for $40 instead. They claimed to have found two holes in the tire, but I think they should have provided the used tire I asked for. They should prioritize customer safety when it comes to tires. I would advise women to avoid this location. I completely agree with the comment that this location lacks tools and equipment. It's unacceptable for a business to operate without proper resources.

I make a genuine effort to support Black-owned businesses, but I have to question the experience I had today. Being charged an extra $6.50 on a $20 tire plug simply because the owner only accepts cash in 2025—years after COVID—doesn’t make sense. His ATM adds a $3.50 fee, then my bank adds another fee on top of that. E-commerce payment systems are cheap, easy to set up, and standard at this point. Operating strictly cash-only feels outdated, almost Stone-Age in today’s market. And to be clear, this was for a basic tire *plug*—not even a patch—yet somehow it totaled $20. That alone is questionable. On top of that, I waited outside in the cold for 24 minutes because they ran out of plugs, and there was no discount or meaningful apology for the inconvenience. Overall, this experience gets a D+ rating from me.
