I'm giving 3 stars simply because I was able to find what I needed, however I feel like the customer service that I experienced was not great at all. I feel like the employee who helped me was rude and did not want to help. He almost seemed annoyed that I interrupted whatever he was writing down when I walked up to the counter.

Really bad experience on carburetor purchase staff was not helpful in fact they made fun of the situation! The situation was intense enough that I asked for my money back . I haven't shopped at Napa in 3 since this occurrence nor do I ever plan to shop car parts there ever again

Called in advance before driving to this location from Salisbury for a warrantied part. They said since this water pump “was the newer version” that they would not need my old part in order to complete the warranty (me getting the new part to fix my car). Inconsistent communication and would not recommend this location. I like napa but go to a different location.
