Francisco and Scottie were kind and informative on how to go about the situation I was having with my vehicle. It always feels good to get great customer service in a day n age where it's not that common. After this experience, this is AutoZone will most definitely be my preferred auto parts store whenever I need to do DIY fixes or just to even buy parts

I used to like AutoZone till I got a new battery from them which I just today had to go to a different parts store to get a New Battery due to the fact that the one that they sold me had a collapsed cell, I have been experiencing trouble with their battery for a year now and I had went back due to it not holding a charge, but then they said it was my alternator so I spent another $200 for something I didn't need. I'm greatfull to the tow truck driver for confirming it was a bad battery. Just out of a full refund because I had to use the bad battery for my core charge.
