This is the kind of place where you show up as a new customer and leave loyal for life. I called for an emergency brake repair and they squeezed me into their schedule same-day despite being very busy. Frank did a great job fixing my brakes and rotors, they truly feel like new. He even checked for any other problems (didn't find any which gave me peace of mind, I appreciate him looking). But what really struck me as unique was watching the way these guys interacted with every customer who came in. Every person's situation was different and I watched them take special care of every single one. The whole team was incredibly friendly and fun to be around. The pricing was more than fair – I was so grateful for their help I offered to pay extra for getting me in same-day, which they politely declined. These guys are the definition of 5 star service. Knowledgeable, hardworking, and goodhearted people – I've already recommended them to my best friend. Thank you again RT Auto!! Love you guys!
