The older gentleman, I forgot his name already, but we were talking while he helped me with a warranty replacement for my battery. Stopped in today, absolutely frustrated. After jumping through 15 hoops to get my car tag renewed, found out I needed a random parking light bulb replaced to pass inspection. After going to 3 different auto shops and being turned away for inaccessibility to the bulb, I came here. Omar was amazing! Took the time to figure out how to replace the bulb, offer exceptional service from start to finish, had a positive attitude and saved the day! He is an asset to your company and needs to be commended. In a day and time where people rarely take the time to care about others, Omar did the very best, and gave top notch service. Couldn't be more pleased.
