I had a 2023 Ford F150 tailgate converted to include a step after some damage happened to my original tailgate. They did a good job and I am satisfied with the results, although it is far from perfect. Terry gave me a written quote of $463 (my share of the cost, the lady who hit me paid an additional $1900) and told me it would take 3 days. It took 8 days and when I arrived to pick up the tailgate, he gave me a sob story about how it cost more than he thought and he billed me for almost $1200. No one called me to ask if I was willing to accept the price increase. They just did the work and assumed I would just pay whatever they asked. I balked at this ridiculous breach of his word and promise, naturally. I ended up paying almost $900, DOUBLE what he said it would cost. They do good work, but Terry and Nathaniel cannot keep their word. I could have sought another price elsewhere or at least have made a conscious decision to spend that much money but they never called to ask me before doing the work. Too bad, because it's pretty good work. I will never give that business a penny again. Keep your word people. Your word is your bond! It's all you have.

I was greeted kindly with a service attitude. My Volkswagen CC had a damaged bumper, and Proctor's immediately performed a detailed review of the damage. They were also open and honest about their costs and availability - even knowing that I had received estimates from other local competitors. I did decide to go with a competitor because the insurance company made working with the competitor more convenient , the competitor was available immediately, and the cost difference was negligible. But, I'm happy to report this good initial shopping experience.

My Dodge caravan needed some body work done to the front passenger door. From the time I walked through the shop's door I was met with professional and courteous service. They quickly identified the problem and went above and beyond to have it fixed in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the wonderful job that they did to my van and would recommend them to anyone I meet who wants great customer service and quality work done to their vehicle.
