Very Unprofessional spoke to the older man on the phone both Friday night and today he was very rude and got very unprofessional and very loud prior to hanging up on me when I was speaking in a very respectful tone after I started asking him about some missing property. This is the same older man I spoke to on the Monday prior and that same Friday around noon..his demeanor was very different.. Very dissatisfying service and still haven’t received any responses to the property that’s missing.

While driving back home, my daughter needed help. I called Oakley and they had her back on the road in no time at all. Polite and very good service. Highly recommend.

They were very helpful. I had to change the appt, that I was already on the way to (I live an hr away) on Fri. I was sleep deprived and couldn't make it, although I tried. I was in a bind because of it... and they were kind enough to let me pick up my car on Saturday (and a holiday weekend), when they were closed. I appreciate their help and business, especially under the circumstances the car was there to begin with.
