Towed my expensive truck incorrectly and caused damage. E brake was not disconnected and damaged. Dolly wasn’t used(I have the tow truck on camera). Transmission is having issues now. Wanted to take an inspection video upon picking the truck up and they wouldn’t allow me to touch my own vehicle until they drove it off the lot. Which gave them a chance to disengage my e-brake in an attempt to waive liability for damaging it. I have proof it was engaged beforehand and was never disconnected at the cable linkage or put on wheel dollies. The girl who drove my truck off the lot spent 5 minutes searching for the e brake release level and admitted to disengaging it. The guy who dealt with me on location addressed my concerns with “this driver has the same truck as yours and frequently hauls it with the wheel lift from Del city to Piedmont”. Guy is of it, nobody in their right mind would tow a 10,000lb truck with a Jerr-Dan down 20 miles of highway at their own leisure.

On the 13th of July around noon, the driver in a wrecker dragging a silver 4 door Hyundai. Truck tag #W27660 DPS-51408-W, when I was getting on I40 this guy decides to ride on my back bumper with his bright lights on, as we proceeded on the highway, he cut around me the deliberately used the Hyundai he was dragging to attempt to push me off the road cutting me off repeatedly as I was trying to get his info. They took my money out of my car. As if I wasn’t already having a hard enough time they had the audacity to take the cash out of my wallet and still charge me full price to get my belongings!! Very unprofessional!!
