My vehicle died and needed to be towed to the dealership. My insurance company referred me to this company after a different company had decided it wasn’t convenient enough for them to tow my vehicle. Slightly frustrating, right? My tow gets reassigned, I’m needing someone to come and hit a home run now because I was not planning on this going sideways. Lucky me, I get a call and speak with Robert who was a pleasure to talk to, very kind. Great mood, cheered me up. Let me know when he’d be there to tow me. Meet with him, big smile on his face, hand outstretched for a handshake, greets me by name - just the nicest guy you’d want to meet in this situation. He made sure I was taken care of and helped me to breathe a big sigh of relief knowing that I was in good hands. Come to find out, he’s the OWNER out here serving his customers and the community. Tons of respect. Excellence on every level, you can sense the pride taken in customer service and the human aspect of the job.
