I have been trying to contact this business by the phone number online and it will not ring. I just saw a tow truck come through our business and a woman got out and went and looked into my car window. I ran outside and she jumped in and they took off. Not sure why they would not stop. Next time it would be more professional if they would come into the office to notify us they are on our property.

My experience with Baker Recovery was extremely disappointing and raises serious questions about their business practices. After my vehicle was repossessed, I was already charged $750 in repossession fees through my auto lender. On top of that, Baker Recovery billed me $35 per day for 3 days of storage ($105), and then demanded an additional $150 “redemption fee” before releasing my car. This extra fee was not explained, not itemized, and does not appear to represent any legitimate cost of repossession or storage. In total, I was forced to pay over $1,000 in fees just to recover my vehicle. When combined with other reviews that report poor communication and questionable charges, it seems Baker Recovery may have a pattern of unprofessional and possibly unethical practices. Repossession is already a difficult process, but adding unexplained fees makes it far worse. A company in this line of work should operate with transparency and fairness, and in my opinion, Baker Recovery falls short.

If I could give ZERO stars, I definitely would. People are rude. They go through your vehicle once they tow it to get everything out of it before you’re even able to get there to get your belongings. Have to have an appointment to be able to get your belongings. Edit to add: THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS RIGHT ALONG WITH WHATEVER ELSE THEY DO THERE. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! ?
