I spent 1800 on my car to get fixed and then after they already started working on it they tell me when I’m about to come pick the car up after it’s serviced, don’t you know your transmission is going out??? I don’t know why they wouldn’t tell me before they started the work, so I picked up my vehicle after I paid them $1800 and then my car stopped working when I pulled off the lot! Anytime I called them and ask them any kind of questions or want to get my car serviced they are rude and their tone of voice they use just makes you want to jump through the phone. I don’t know why they feel the need to talk to customers in a rude manner, I would look elsewhere if you need any kind of work done on a vehicle. They also want to overcharge on everything!!!! When you can just go on rock auto and order the parts yourself and find cheaper labor, and honest mechanics willing help get you back on the road. It’s really 0 stars for me?
