We picked up some fencing and gates. So very impressed with everything. Super organized. Very nice. It was lunch time and one employee even stopped on way to lunch to see if we needed help strapping load down. 5 stars!!!!

My husband and I came across one of these trucks along I-40 and one of their drivers had a piece of lumber to secure their load fly off the trailer and hit our rental car. My husband was a heavy tow/recovery specialist and was trying to get him to pull over to a. Tell him he lost lumber to secure his load, and b. See if we could secure insurance information. When he called the company to let them know, they were not helpful and simply did not care. That piece of lumber could have come through the windshield and seriously hurt someone. Shame on this company. I'm very disappointed in their handling of the situation. In response to the owner 8/12: Gesturing for your driver to pull over after my daughter, myself and him witnessed the lumber fly out from his truck is not aggressive. No one made any obscene gestures. We even pulled over at the DOT station so we could be on neutral ground so EVERYONE felt safe in the situation, and your driver still refused to pull over. His language only became upsetting after realizing your company did not take this seriously. I apologize if any language was offensive, and anyone would be shaken up after that incident.
