I received excellent service from mission towing and recovery. I had a flat tire late in the afternoon on a country road. He came out quickly and changed the tire. He was very professional and I felt safe while he was helping me. I recommend this business to everyone who has a problem in the Payne county area. Thanks Mission Towing for helping this Nana get to Tulsa to see the grandkids.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I gave it a couple days to call the towing company back and asked what they charged for mileage and the " Dispatcher" Front desk receptionist. She was rude. I asked a legit question and all she can give me was we sometimes go by miles but sometimes we don't. Looking at the invoice from the receipt it stated that they charged 17 miles. She also was mad that we had called ohp and who ever they go through to file a complaint as the lady does not provide her name as well as she was rude and has a terrible attitude. What also mind baffle's me is that they don't have any change if you happen to over pay so they are basically ripping you off with not having change to give you. She has threatened to block our number when they had our property which is extremely illegal. This Company is by far the worst company to ever have any vehicles towed with this company. This company also put my boyfriend's motorcycle in the garage with out asking him if he wanted it in the garage and asked him if he would sell if for scrapes. There was nothing wrong with the motorcycle besides a few cosmetic damages. We drove it home and it was perfectly fine. The invoice stated that the motorcycle is not driveable they also had a 2005 GMC 5500 pick up the motorcycle which doesn't make any sense as you could just get a trailer to tow the motorcycle. This Company is a straight scam and I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with the front desk person.
