Came in with some money that was gifted to me during a hard time to get my leaky back tires replaced. They got my car in and when I came to pick up they had replaced the front tires. Feeling defeated I pointed this out and without hesitation they offered to replace the back ones for me at no cost for the mistake. I was blown away and felt so blessed. This place does put the customer first and took great care of me and I will be coming back here for all my tire needs. Thanks again Discount Tire for your honesty and integrity!

Don’t get me wrong, service was great! Friendly and attentive, plus the time it took to get my new tires wasn’t bad considering there were multiple customers in the shop. But they didn’t put valve stem caps on the brand new tires or air up my other tires (which they told me that they had). Only found this out the following day when I got an oil change on my vehicle. Would definitely return, but would double check the work before leaving.

I walked in today at 5:45pm, 15 minutes before they close, because of a flat tire. I was warmly greeted by Thomas who I told, “I’m really sorry I know this is right before you close” and he was confident in letting me know they’d get me taken care of. I think he has helped me with another flat tire in the past. But I have always, always been impressed with the transparency, knowledge and customer service this store has had. Unfortunately because of where one of the nails were, the tire was not able to be repaired but he found the exact tire I had and was able to replace it. Thank you for helping customers and going out of your way Thomas!!! And I know all the other employees here are great too. - Sadie P.
