I’ve been in here a few times both to purchase and sell. I got my wedding rings here and I absolutely love them. Selling my old computer monitor was so easy too. These guys are always super sweet and respectful.

I wouldn’t even waste your time. This place looks like trash and is run by people who look the same way. I walked in, not expecting much because it’s not my usual shop And they basically told me they never given anybody more than $40 for a brand new only one month old designer backpack the tragic part is that I was looking around the shop and they didn’t have any handbags to sell at all. You would think that that would help them increase my offer right ??? nope. All I got were weird. Looks shitty attitudes and an even worse disposition to all the people who have said that this is a good shop where you wearing sunglasses ? have you had your eyes checked ? because these three were literally silently quitting and just there for the paycheck. If I were the manager, I’d take rug to shelf pink slip to employee and start over … I will never ever ever ever set foot in this shop ever again Edit an update : sold both bags for over $100 each and got 20 bucks per card wallet and 10 on a Wallet that they said they couldn’t accept And watched as a lady bought the backpack “that was not gonna sell very good” for that employee’s information

Everyone needs improvement so I won't give a five star rating but these guys here are as awesome as it gets, helpful, knowledgeable so it works, attitude excellent customer service excellent. One of my favorite stores to shop.
