Awful! Do NOT use this company to tow your vehicle. I was in an accident last night in New Florence, the police called for a towing company and this is who showed up. I asked to have it towed to my mom's that was 5 minutes down the road, he insisted it had to be towed to his shop in order for the insurance company to cover it, he argued and fought with me, told me I would be charged more to have it taken to my mom's house. I was informed that he could fix the popped tire the next day and I could pick up my car. When I called and asked about it he told me he would not be fixing it today and due to being closed over the weekend for the holiday it would have to sit there until Monday at the soonest and even then he might not be able to get it done, at $85 a day to sit there, on top of telling me it would cost me over $700 for the towing and fees. I am now going to pick it up with a different towing company that I will have to pay for as well which I also I had to fight with him about. He was rude and nasty on the phone with every question I asked, tried to tell me I couldn't take it to my regular auto shop and that it absolutely had to go back to the dealership to be fixed properly. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, OVERPRICED, AND EXTREMELY GREEDY.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO YOUR CAR!!! They towed our car after an accident back to their shop even though thats not where we wanted it towed to. Now we have to pay twice for it to be towed. They were so rude on the phone too when we called to inquire about it. The guy said our tow bill to go 3.5 miles down the road was $900 plus $85 each day it sits on his property! I questioned why so high and he said it was after hours , the time they spent loading it on the car, and the cleanup fee of his tow truck. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

Great service for what I consider to be a reasonable cost. You can tell these folks know how to repair cars from the number of years they have been in the business. Some of the work they do other garages won't touch. My gas line leak was custom made because replacement parts are no longer available. They repaired the two issues that needed immediate attention, but when Will suggested two or three other issues that would soon need work I listened. Now mind you this vehicle has been in other shops for the exact problems(i. e.oil leaks) that still exist. I am returning next week to have these other repairs done because I trust this garages' experience in recommending work that should be done as opposed to work that does not. Tenwils garage found areas in need of repair others missed, but I never felt pressured to return to have the work done. Instead, the honesty with which the technical explanation of what was involved in the repairs was enough for me to decide that the repairs would be done right because these people know cars and how to repair them properly!
