The guy at reception was nice and polite!! But there's a BUT. The service is super slow! They changed tires on two wheels for an hour and a half, Just i’m have been here and no one more there. They broke the plastic and tried to fix it (put it back) with a hammer?. I had to stop this process, otherwise he would have kept hitting the part. It looks like they installed the jack incorrectly and broke the plastic... The guy from reception told me to bring an estimate for the repair of this part, I hope they will compensate for the damage... Overall, everything is clean, the staff is pleasant, but inexperienced and sloppy.

My overall experience with CJ Tire was okay. I chose them mainly because their location was convenient and their pricing was more reasonable compared to the dealership. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the biggest issue I had was the amount of time the service took. I was told it would take about one hour to install my new tires, but I ended up waiting three hours. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I needed to be back at work for a meeting. When I asked for an update, I was informed that the technician was having trouble with the back wheel alignment. It seemed like the technicians may have had limited or no experience working on my particular vehicle, which contributed to the delay. If that had been communicated to me upfront, I would have made other arrangements—either dropping the car off at a different time or preparing for a longer wait. While the customer service was friendly and the pricing competitive, the lack of accurate time expectations and transparency about potential challenges made the experience less than ideal. I hope they improve communication so future customers can plan accordingly.

Update: I reached out to this branch to request the manager’s information, only to discover that the person speaking this way is the manager. When I called, I was once again, referred to as 'love.' I expressed that this was unprofessional and ended the call. I then received multiple back to back calls from 'Vinny,' the manager. When I explained why this language is inappropriate for a business setting, I was met with 'Sorry you’re offended, this is just how I am.' While everyone has their own personality, 'quirks' shouldn't include being condescending to paying customers. After a 6minute back and forth, I was offered a free oil change and told 'no one’s ever complained before' which likely just means no one else felt comfortable speaking up while their vehicle was being serviced. I didn't call for a handout; I called to make sure this doesnt go unnoticed. I’m aware this seems inconsequential, but in an industry where female consumers are constantly treated as less knowledgeable or dismissed, staying silent only ensures the behavior continues. If you wouldn't call a male customer 'love' don't say it to your female customers ‐--------- You should tell your front desk person that if youre going to call your female customers "love" that you should call your male customers love also. Funny how when there were other people in the room I was "Ms.Bussa" and once I was the only person left, sitting on the couch facing away from the desk..I suddenly didnt have a name, just a pet name and Im pretty sure if my husband was with me he would have been referred to as Mr.Bussa. Its 2026 why are we still letting this bs slide
