I took my car to snipes because it was driving great but it was smoking due to oil dripping out of my valve cover gasket. I asked him to replace it on my 2011 Chevy Cruze, when I went back to get my car they didn't top my motor back up nor my water reservoir. The next few days went by, I noticed he didn't put my valve cover gasket on right and air was getting in my motor etc. He asked me to bring my car back, I brung it back and a day went by he told me to come get it. I went to get it my fluids I paid him to top was low, my car needed oil again & he charged me $8 two days in a row to put more oil in. Since he did whatever he did to my car (I think he took parts off my car to fix another car exactly like mine) my car runs very rough not smooth like it was , it keeps kicking back, it runs hot & it's just rough in general. My car has been parked since he "fixed" it due to poor performance. My car was perfect til they worked on my car. I can't even file a complaint on bbb because it's not an accredited business I guess.

I have done business with Snipes twice, both times for a set of tires (4) 1st time as I was on my way to pick up my Tahoe then he texts me and says if your paying with a card there is going to be a 3% upcharge ok never told that but no one's perfect so I paid the 3% ,2nd time bought 4 tires and knew about the 3%upcharge again never mentioned at the quote so get there to pick up the vehicle then it was $2 a tire then taxes ... what does $380 out the the door mean???? Becarefull with this guy always more money will find a honest garage this guy is a thief!!!!
