We were 5 hours away from home and on our way to the beach with a fully loaded van when we were involved in an accident on the interstate. Police dispatched Mark to tow our van. It's hard to put into words how truly grateful we are that Mark was sent to us. He was patient and kind. My children were upset and scared after the accident, but Mark help put them at ease. His calm demeanor and positivity show in his work. We know our vehicle is in safe hands with Mark and his team. Mark went above and beyond by offering to take us to our rental car and allowing us time to transfer our belongings over. We know how valuable his time is and he didn't have to do that for us. In fact, most wrecker drivers would not have done this as they only make money when they are towing vehicles. He turned a very awful experience into a positive one just by being human and kind. We are forever grateful and wish them continued blessings in their business. Thank you Mark and family!!
