Got my new 4x4 stuck in the mud on the trails in Francis Marion and figured we'd never find a tow company willing to come out to the middle of nowhere and pull us out on a Sunday afternoon but Safari saved the day. Friendly, easygoing, quick arrival and very fair price given our situation and the special equipment and off-road trek necessary to pull my truck out. What could have been a pretty rough day turned into just a funny story thanks to Safari's amazing service. Thank you!!!

My daughter struck road debris on 526 this morning, which flattened her tire and potentially the rim. I live out of town, so I called Safari Towing. Tracy was amazing. She understood my great concern about my daughter stranded on 526, possibly the worst place ever to break down. Safari arrived in about 30 minutes and towed her safely to the repair shop. Tracy updated me when the driver arrived and when they reached the shop. Very professional and a fair price.

The absolute angel at the front desk was amazing! Due to me having issues with other towing companies I was skeptical but I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Come to find out that my car was impounded by the police for no insurance. Not knowing what to do I called Safari who had my vehicle and the Supervisor Kelly was so kind and talked us through the process and went step by step with us to get insurance. I had to go to the dmv and get my sticker as well and she was helpful with that too. Not only did she help us step by step she was amazing with keeping me calm in the situation! Thank you Kelly and the Safari Team for your patience and kind mindset! Now my car is good and no more stress! Thank you Kelly!!
