After a horrific accident on I-26 West near Newberry, SC we were blessed to be assisted by Bobby from Kiblers!! He was beyond amazing with his Tow Truck capabilities to pull our truck and camper to his business and continued to help us for the next week or so to repair our truck and make sure we were safe. AAA contacted Kibler’s to tow my car 120 miles back home after my engine overheated. The tow truck arrived quickly. The driver, Tommy, was courteous, knowledgeable, and a skilled driver. He also went “the second mile” in helping me negotiate around the dark back lot of my auto repair shop and around the building through a narrow uneven pathway (so I wouldn’t fall) to where my family came to pick me up. The service we received from this company was absolutely fantastic. Bobby picked us and our broken-down van off the interstate within 15 minutes of getting a call, and was by far the fastest auto service we have ever received. He not only got our family of 6 off of the road safely, but personally made calls to get the van repaired and proceeded to drop us off at a local restaurant. The kindness and care was beyond anything we had ever hoped for, and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow or auto service.
