If I could do negative it would be . After my son's wreck state called these snakes. To come out because the state called them was $266.00 they then charged an additional $ 234. 00 to get a vehicle out from around a tree and towed 20 mins to my home. $500.00 cash. They pry on the victim and your situation . We were left with no choice last night , because when the state calls them in sc you have to use the company. I have since reported the fees to the state police and the BBB. We were taken advantage of in a bad situation with our son . This was a husband and wife team who saw parents and decided it was a pay day if you have choice DO NOT use the company. They have been reported to the proper authority in hopes they are taken off the call list for wrecks

I brought my car here on a Wednesday after it broke down and this was the closest place, I waited 6 days with no phone call. So, the next Tuesday I called for an update and they told me that my car was too "filthy" for them to work on. 6 days with no phone call with this information and my car was not even that dirty. I didn't plan on it breaking down and I am full time employee, student and parent so sorry my car is not spotless! After learning this information I decided they did not deserve any of money and had to pay another automotive service to tow my car to their place. I called Gray's and asked for a supervisor and gave them a chance to make it right before leaving a review here and by word of mouth, they said they didn't feel the need to do anything.

Super thankful for all the guys at Gray’s Auto! Efficient service with the kindest staff! Had to drop off my Nissan Sentra to get my spark plugs replaced and unfortunately didn’t have a ride to bring me back home or back to the shop- I live close by the shop and Bo offered to drive me home and back to pick up my car when it was done. Very fair pricing and honest work. Will definitely trust them with my future auto repairs and maintenance!
