Recently purchased my 2020 Ford explorer ST from Belle Meade auto brokers! Met Cris when I got there! You know how salesmen are at the big dealerships. They only care about the sale and out you go! No follow up and no personal connection to make you feel safe about your purchase…. Quite the opposite here! From start to finish he did me better than ANY other salesman ever has, even Toyota when I bought a brand new car off the show room floor! He not only made the deal better but made sure ALL the issues I had with it were taken care of before I took it home! My ST drives like a dream and as you can see is just as nice on the outside! If I ever want to sell it or trade it, I’m for sure taking it back to them! Highly recommend them and ask for Cris! Great guy! Can’t say enough about him and how I was treated! Just purchased a vehicle online from them and had my car delivered the other day. Let me start by saying I’m extremely happy with my purchase from start to finish. Jack was great in making the whole process smooth as possible even with the minor delivery hiccup, all was great. The car is in fantastic shape and drives great.
