My experience with this tow service was great. They communicated when they could be there, as well as, when they got there what they would do. Made sure I got inside the truck to get warm and it was below 30 degrees out so i was cold. Then he made the drive there easy and light-hearted like talking to a friend. He didn't know this but I have a lot of trauma with being stranded and triggers that arise with it, and he was very easy to talk to and made the experience of being towed with a stranger a new good experience for me. I would recommend this tow service to any of my family members and friends.

I had a great experience with Royal Roadside Towing and Recovery, especially the driver, Robert. I had my car towed to a local automotive repair shop while I was at work. Robert was incredibly accommodating from the start. He let me know that as long as I left the key for him, I wouldn’t need to leave work to meet him, which was a huge help and took a lot of stress off my plate. When he arrived at the repair shop, there was some confusion — the shop initially told him they didn’t know anything about my vehicle and that he couldn’t leave it there. Instead of simply dropping my car back off where he picked it up (which he easily could have done), Robert called me right away and gave me time to make a few phone calls to get everything sorted out. He patiently waited 20–30 minutes while we worked through the miscommunication and even spoke directly with the shop employees to help resolve the situation. He went above and beyond what was required and showed real professionalism, patience, and customer care. It’s rare to find someone who takes that extra time to make sure things are handled properly. I truly appreciate Robert’s help and would absolutely recommend Royal Roadside Towing and Recovery to anyone who needs reliable service.
