On Feb 27, 2026. We were passing through with our 1998 Chinook motor home and blew out the pinion seal. Karen was great and worked us into the schedule the following day. The people here were great and very knowledgeable. Hoping you never break down and have to come here, but if you do they will take care of you.

I had my truck break down in Newport, Tennessee, and I was fortunate to come across this incredible shop. Karen and her team went above and beyond to help me. Her son, Allen, who has over 18 years of experience working on cars and trucks since he was 12, personally checked out my truck. He walked me through the diagnostics and clearly explained the problem. His advice to change the cooling tank and other parts was spot-on, and the work they did was truly impressive. The entire team, including Dean and Alan, worked together seamlessly, showing their dedication and expertise. Their teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding performance left me thoroughly impressed. If you're ever in need of truck or car repair, I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service!

I wanted to add to the review I gave the shop last week. My truck went into Derate right outside of Newport. I pulled into the shop without an appointment, and they worked me right in. They were very professional and honest about every step they took working on the truck. Let me make the decisions on what to fix. They had me back on the road in no time at all. It's been a week now and I have put probably 200 miles on the truck, and it has run great. These guys do great work, and the bill was even less than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone. The whole team was incredible. Thank you, guys.
