I just want to thank ALLEN that helped get my car out of a ditch yesterday but it all started even with the phone call. Very polite, kind, caring, and promising. My car was on a steep hill in a ditch and I had to get in my car as he pulled my car backwards and him telling me word for word what to do and how to do it. I was scared and he could see I was even asked me if I was okay doing it but assured him I was but he took his his time in getting me out cause my car was 3ft away from a drop off so my faith was in this wonder man and he did an amazing job! It was out within 15 min.. Thank you so much to a great FATHER and Son duo!

I had the BEST experience with Piney Flats Towing & Recovery. From the moment I called they were nothing but spectacular! I broke down with three small kids in my back seat several miles away from my house. I called and was gave an extremely great price to get my car from Piney Flats to Bristol VA! Once I called they were at my location within 15 minutes! The tow truck driver, the man and the woman on the phone I spoke too were nothing but the best! The tow truck driver himself had the biggest heart! He was so concerned about us breaking down and genuinely happy to help us! He was so good and nice with my kids as well! He was also so extremely cautious and careful with my car! I cannot explain how pleased and happy I am with all they did for me today! I highly recommend Piney Flats Towing & Recovery! Called this guy for a tow and we chatted about what was wrong with my vehicle. Insurance ended up dispatching another company out but my dad's used this gentleman before so that's why I was going to use his towing services. Hes very friendly and seems to know his stuff. Will call him in the future should I ever need a tow!
