Just witnessed this man drive very effectively around other vehicles, in the middle of rush hour in north olmsted. And actively avoided an accident with a women who was driving erratically behind him. He hopped out his tow truck and moved the disabled vehicle off to the side of the road. All while directing the owners of the vehicle what to safely do. ?? Before the light changed. Top tier manuverability. Top tier communication. And ninja skill / speed. I know who im calling if my car breaks down!

This towing company is extremely shady and should not be used. They illegally towed my vehicle (confirmed with lawyer) and they damaged my vehicle. They snapped my tie rod, damaged the bumper, put multiple scratches on the vehicle, and what I could only imagine is that in the process of trying to load the vehicle on a tow truck they managed to push the exhaust into the ground which damaged the rear bumper and exhaust. Their employee Brandon kept insisting that there was no way they did it because "they never make mistakes" and when I mentioned that I was looking at taking legal action he kept telling us that the county judge backs up his people and he's seen it happen many times. I have that recorded. I have tried to contact the owner multiple times and they are refusing to get me in contact with them. I can only wonder why.

My wifes car broke down taking our kids to school, they not only picked it up but took it to their shop and got O'reilly's to sponsor the parts to fix it for free. He spent 2 days working out various bugs it had even ones that had nothing to do with the running problems. Nice guy and picked it up fast, highly recommended this place. Earned my respect and appreciation.
