Taking into consideration that they don't even sign towing requests I would consider that unauthorized knowing that TCA 55 16 112 says otherwise. Not a very honest way of making a living. Their drivers probably aren't authorized to even tow anything. I highly doubt anyone would take this over roadside recovery or even believe they would. Never called the dude and I'm not giving him one penny of a scam. In what is considered a preemption a city ordinance cannot overcome a federal law of illegal search and seizure. Federal law has to coincide with city ordinance. He will have to talk to a city official over liability. Can't hold me to a state ordinance when no one follows any other state ordinances. Dude doesn't even follow the state tow manual. Most cities do, including the city I live. Since digital communication devices were used that's pretty much the same as a ransomware attack and data manipulation.

Such a good experience! We had a heavy amount of metal to discard and my husband couldn’t off load because of recent back surgery. Two nice young men easily cleared our trailer, and could not of been more accommodating. The owner of yard was helpful with directions and was very pleasant to deal with. I will go back! A great resource to have in Lincoln County Tennessee

Very rude ,disrespectful ,and talks down to people like he is better. And when I asked how much he towed per mile he said he charges whatever he wants . He was very unhelpful which shouldn’t be because that’s the job he chose and it’s not my fault . He doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave him .
