Had a wide turn into a driveway that had a runoff ditch beside it. Found myself with a tire hanging over the edge and my undercarriage stuck on the concrete wall. Looked around for a bit before I found Affordable. The name is fitting. Cheaper than most other places around. Nate was the one who came to help, and he was awesome! Great communication, timely, and professional. He got my car back on the road in under 15 minutes, and didn't scratch a thing! Ask for him if you call. Highly recommend to those who might be in a tough spot and need quick, AFFORDABLE help

My vehicle was towed by Affordable Towing to their holding lot. I asked to come get my belongings, I was told give them a notice, which I did. Then I sat for almost an hr after I was told someone was almost there. The driver then called me to get a time to be there, he had no idea I had been there waiting! The very next day I wanted to pay to have my vehicle released. It was a HUGE ordeal. I was told they could set my vehicle out for $50, since I had another company coming to pick it up.(I had been told this information two or three times) I agreed to this. Then they called back and said never mind they can’t do that. I must drive it away, but they wouldn’t let us jump start it on their lot! They offered to jump start it for $92!!!! They knew we had no way to drive it away, so they thought they could get more money, because that was the only option!! We didn’t know if jump starting would even work, so we turned that option down. Then they said they could just tow it to my home for $92. We took this offer. We were told they would tow it to my house, prove ownership and pay when it arrived at my home. After this was all set up, they call back about 20 minutes later and say they can’t do that. Someone must meet the driver, show proof, pay, then they would tow it. This was an all day ordeal back and forth with them!!!! They need to get their information straight before telling people things! I had to rearrange things several times because they kept changing their information. Also, the dispatchers were rude at times and sounded like they were in a major rush to get off the phone. I felt as though they were tired of dealing with me, but if they would get their information straight, I wouldn’t have had to be on the phone with them all day! Will never use or recommend this company or Dad’s, which is their “sister” company!!!

I would give this place a “zero” stars if it was an option. Called to see where they were and they said there was someone ahead of us. We called back an hour and a half later and the lady said she told us that she told us previously that there were two ahead of us. That was the first lie! Then they said they called and that we had canceled the service…. The second lie! So, we are sitting on the side of the freeway in danger for nearly 3 hours with no one coming!
