Went there for a diagnostics on my truck they figured out the problem said it was a driveshaft, the feller at the front desk told me he couldnt get it and hed give me a call back when he got it. Well i never got a call back and i was able to find the driveshaft in less than a hour. They gave me a quote for the job at 1500 bucks i found the part for 300$ and it took me less than 10 minutes to change. Very over priced and not good at communicating

I took my 93 Nissan to Dennis Hall back in March because it was idling rough and had them go ahead and do a rear end service on it as well. They did great work and at an adorable price. It is now August and I noticed it looked like my rear end had leaked a little bit and called them to see if I need to schedule an appointment to get it looked at again. They told me to just stop by and they would check it out free of charge to make sure everything still seemed correct. They got me in and out quickly and very pleased they took the time to make sure their work was correct and didn’t make me have to pay for another service. I will be going back for all my vehicle needs 10/10 auto shop!
