Dealing with this company is like dealing with a child. There was no organization too their system. I was giving the complete run around after two days of them having my car. This is by the way being charged an everyday storage fee. When I spoke with dispatch, they told me I can pick my vehicle up at 6am when one of there employees arrived. I got there a little bit after 6am just to give the employee some time to get settled in and they didn’t attempt to open the door, she just looked at my through the glass window. I waited patiently and then after about 10 minutes I called dispatch or the office ( you never know who your exactly in contact with). They then told me they would contact her and get the process started. I sat there for another 30 minutes with no answer at all, only to find out that they said I had to come back at 8am when they are open. I’m just really confused on how both parties work together but they are on totally different communication levels. This was an horrible experience after being charged $55 a day and $375 for a hook up and tow fee

Great service for tow company. I was surprised. The driver was professional and well trained. Most tow company are unprofessional, charges outrageous prices, rude, disrespectful. This one was not. The tow to shop for repairs went smooth.

Marcus came by and towed my jeep. He was very professional and courteous. I called and an hour later they were there loading me up. I would gladly recommend these folks anytime.
