The kindest and most honest people I know. Unfortunately had a repossession, but the man in the office as well as the woman on the phones treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. They packaged my things neatly into boxes that were securely taped, and held my items for two weeks in a storage unit while I bought another vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my things, he personally carried and loaded the two boxes into my car for me. When I opened the boxes at home, I was surprised that they threw away the trash that was in my old car instead of stuffing it into the boxes for me to take care of. ? They treat you like a real friend here.

Not that a review of this type of business matters, but I’m going to leave one anyway. The guy who repossessed the vehicle was nice and understanding and gave me a ride to get my stuff. The guys who got my stuff for me were thorough and even helped me load it into my Lyft. The woman at the desk was not personable at all. I was greeted with, “No bags. We don’t allow bags. Bags split and tear.” Then she said in loud tone, “I thought you ALREADY GOT your stuff yesterday when the driver dropped you off at work.” I said it disagreement, “No I did not!” “Sir, just calm down. We’re trying to help you.” “You’re the one who snapped at me first.” “No, I did not snap. Just calm down so we can help you.” All she needed to was say sir, we provide sturdy boxes for your things and for insurance purposes we have to remove the things from your vehicle. I would have understood and not been agitated had she handled that differently. Also, I would suggest that you take pictures of the vehicle interiors at the time you pick up the vehicles and the time you empty the contents and provide those to the person with his or her stuff. It would cover you and provide reassurance in cases like mine where I practically live in my vehicle.

An issue came up with some property in the car, it came up missing. The owner/ manager did the right thing, and gave me fair value for the item that was missing. He told me that he does not tolerate that kind of issue. I'd rather have the property, but he did right by me.
