10/10 recommend! Chris was so nice & helpful. My battery died at the gas station and wouldn’t turn on after attempting to jump it off. I put in a request to tow with my insurance and he was there within 10 minutes of the request being approved!! Thank you SO much, Chris!!!

Let me first say Chris and his son was very great, they came to tow me. The owner on the other hand is awful. I called my road side assistance to get my car towed because I had a flat tire. I was right at the Western Avenue exit on the interstate and ask them to take me to Don's used tires on Western Avenue not even a mile but when I got there Don's was closed my car had not been dropped at all yet. Chris calls the owner and the owner says either charge me more money out of my pocket or drop my car there and leave me. I tried to speak to the owner and he would not speak to me. He was very rude and then he told the tow truck to take me up to the nearest gas station and drop me off.I finally got to speak to him on the phone and I even asked the owner how many miles do I have on my roadside assistance which I do have 15 he told me 3 miles and insisted on charging me. Then he hung up on me. The owner of the business beside Don's Used Tires even tried to talk to him. I wonder how many other people he has done this to. He wanted charge me take me maybe 2 more miles if that and the car hadn't been dropped. He even mentioned charging me a fee because I was on the interstate. Like what! This guy is a crook! Chris the tow truck driver was the nicest guy and this definitely isn't his fault.

We had a great experience with this company. Our tow driver got to us in great time, was friendly and called to check in and get details on the way. Then an office person reached out the next day to make sure everything went well with I was definitely impressed by. Will recommend this company to others and keep the contact for future needs.
