The employees were great. Nice and friendly. Help me out. I was stuck in knoxville about 1 hour from my home. There stock was low or I would have bought 4 tires to get a better price.But I would recommend pep boys. Again there staff was great. They need payed more. Thanks

Used Statefarm road hazard after someone dropped a garage door railing system off their truck on i40. Statefarm was great, Omar’s towing was there in 15 minutes. Pep boys was the nearest location for tires. Called first thing to make sure they could get a tire today. The employee said yes hey could but refused to replace the tire unless I purchased a full set. The tires on my car “kumho” were installed 5 months prior to this accident. The tires have maybe 6 thousand miles on them. The rep told me the tires were near the wear mark. They are ZR rated tires . The tires were not bad and I did not need four tires . I opted to tow the car from Pep Boys to Tire barn who agreed the tires were in good shape and I only needed the burst tire replaced. I suppose if you are PEP B no business is better than some business.
