Never! I repeat never use this company they are as crooked as they come! What should cost around 400.00 he wanted to charge 1100.00. Very unprofessional and crooked! Don't do it! Save yourself from a huge headache!

Hobbs towed my car on 8/9/2021. I set it up through my insurance company bc they pay for it through roadside assistance. I was towed 5 miles and the bill was 75.00. Hobbs still charged me 40.00 saying the insurance company only pays half. I questioned them bc that didn't make sense to me. Still had to pay it. I contacted Shelter Insurance and found out they paid the full bill. Hobbs took advantage of me. DON'T USE THEM!!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

I've never had a car towed by Hobbs but I talked to the guy the other day because I had a friend that had his toe there not by choice but he seemed like a pretty honest and upfront guy
