Horrible, had an accident during that big rain storm where I slid when coming to a stop and broke through a fence. I left my insurance information in front seat as my phone was dead and the car was sitting squarely on private property. My phone died in the middle of downloading this stupid Nashville hub app to make a report, The plan was plan was to charge my phone then come back and address this situation, before I was able to come back it was already towed..Another car also slid coming off the same hill due to all the flooding. He left as well. Neither one of us hit each other but it was mis reported as a two-person crash. And deferred to the hit and run department who had a hold on my vehicle. Mind you the whole time a copy of my ID, my birth certificate and my insurance was sitting in the front seat, so much for an investigation. Upon talking to the hit run department and explaining the situation he released my vehicle for pickup. Mind you the accident happened late Saturday night. I wasn't able to speak to the detective until Monday morning he released it at 10:00 am so it was there less than 48 hours. I called and they told me that it was listed as undrivable I showed up to the lot to do my own assessment and it was 100 percent drivable..the only damage being some light bumper damage that was there before due to hitting a deer, . I was going less than 10 miles an hour when I went through only the chain link part of the fence, I also remember sitting and starting my car afterward and shifting successfully into gear only to be stuck in the mud .On top of that when I was asking about fees I found out that out of the $880 that was supposedly owed, the actual tow fee was 212 and storage fee was $60 a day. They should have bought my total 332, but wait their hidden fees knocked that up to 880 when asked they dropped it down to 685 but still wouldn't disclose or explain what all the other 470 something dollars in fees were. They're absolute crooks, just another way for the city to squeeze more money out of people. The car was a 2007 Explorer with almost 300k miles it's not even worth getting out at that point which I think was their goal so they could rip someone off reselling it.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!! Specifically from the employee McKenzie, the nonchalant and unprofessional attitude presented at the office was nothing less than disappointing. For an establishment to be a government funded building, you would think competence and good service would be a minimum requirement. She insisted that the supervisor Steve, is not available and cannot give out an email or any contact info to reach out about my concerns. So I came to give a nice review. If I could give a no star rating I would.

We had a car stolen on Tuesday the 8th and by Wednesday it was found, chased, spiked stripped and taken to the lot (at the time we did not know this just that it was found). i had made a call to this lot to inquire about what was needed to get the car back up and running as the lot listed it as "undriveable" no other description was available at the time. one of the lot employees told me he had to look at the cameras, really like walking is so hard dude, and informed me that just one wheel was flat. cool i just need a spare tire and a new ignition and we can drive it out! NOPE, all 4 wheels toast, ignition is toast, and glass everywhere in the vehicle. OH and to top it all off we had to pay $340 to not only receive the vehicle but just go look at it so i didn't know how bad it was until we paid the tow and storage fees for our STOLEN VEHICLE. this lot should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people in their absolute worst times.
