Edit:Originally Demers told me they would replace the whole bed rather than just the passenger side panel. I didn't find out they chose not to until after I drove off. He never mentioned they onky replaced the panel until I noticed my tailgate was installed wrong and wasn't dropping correctly, then I started looking at everything else. Original: Got my truck back today from Demers after being there for 3 weeks. That's after them having it for 7.5 weeks the first time, with absolutely trash work completed. Today I got it back again, my bumper is still a little crooked and my stereo screen doesn't turn on (that's new), he fixed the previous "caulking" job (straight up household silicone looking caulking they had put on and under the bed) with some 3M type stuff on the bed. I've driven it 4 miles home, and it's already peeled up. I checked to see if it was secure and a 18inch piece came up also peeling the paint.

Driver door rust on lower three inches repaired for a thousand dollars on my Mercedes Benz. The repair itself is fine. I think they did a good job. He even had to weld in a piece of metal. Don't know how long it will last but I have no criticism of the work. But after I picked it up I noticed the windshield was hazy and when I turned on the wiper/washer it made a scraping sound. I realized there was paint overspray on the windshield. Then I realized the whole car had a very thin layer of overspray paint. So I took it back to ask about it, primarily I wondered if I put it through the car wash if it would take off or if it would seal it in. The customer service was abdominal. The owner acted like covering the car would have been abnormal and said I could rub it off with my hand. Then he got huffy and said he would wash and wax it if I never returned again. I wasn't asking for that but after spending over three hours scraping the windows with a razor blade and washing and rubbing down the car and waxing it, it STILL isn't 100% clean and probably never will be back completely smooth. I'll never go back. I suggest you save yourself the trouble.
