Great experience overall. Just bought my trailer yesterday. I love how realistic the salesman was with me. He truly gave his best effort to help me find the trailer that accommodated my personal needs and fit my situation. Honestly, I probably would not have picked the trailer that I did if it were not for how helpful the salesman was in explaining the benefits of having that particular trailer compared to others. I really appreciated and feel like I benefited from how knowledgeable he was of the trailers along with his personal experiences shared in using different trailers. This was my first time purchasing a trailer ever and I am pulling it with a van so this is why his assistance was so significant to my situation because he could’ve just pushed anything on me but he took enough time to evaluate my entire situation and help me choose what seemed to be the very best option for now. At this point, I plan to return to Leonard’s for any trailer or cargo needs that I have in the future.

Do not shop with this company!!! They have a place just about all over tricities, I ordered a building off them it come totally different then what I ordered. They took it back had to go back to the store and prepare another one to make sure they got it right. Now keep in mind I waited like a month and half on the first one. So fast forward another month and half they bring me another building. Wrong siding color, wrong roof color, door was post to be solid they had windows in them, piece of siding had a whole bigger than your thumb. So they con me into keeping the building and they would just make the repairs and fix it how it was post to be months to now a year later trying to get this done. They have new management actually temporary management, cause something had with the other guy. And when I tell you horrible customer service they don’t care about you. Once they got you they know they got you!! Cause you done waited all this time and still no resolution plus put a down payment!! Just take my advice don’t go there. After all this trouble a manager from another store believe his name was Travis the best he could do was to get the doors fixed. The company denied him which is the higher up on the other! He was outstanding to work with at the end of this nightmare. Atleast doors will be fixed and building moved. But the rest guess what I’m stuck with!!!!

Eric at the Bristol store is awesome to work with called him told him kinda what we were wanting to do he made some suggestion's we hadn’t even thought of he really helped us and got us what we needed will definitely buy from him again super nice guy highly recommend you get him to help you with whatever you’re looking to get
