Stop through on a break down situation and these guys really took care of me. The experience can’t be replaced and to be quite honest I’ll be coming back to this specific spot for all my maintenance and upkeep. We broke down on side of the interstate because the truck blew a coolant hose. Called Thompson and they had a technician there in less than an hour. He identified the problem and which hose blew and went back to get the parts and tools and returned and had us back on the road in less than hour. Thank you for your quick response and turnaround time for getting us back on the road.

I was having problems with the turbocharger, I went to dealer for my lt625 and they fixed it the same day. It was a bit expensive but the mechanics know what they are doing and are professional.
