Justin, the store manager was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what kind of parts I needed as well as help me understand my vehicle and help me understand how to fix my spark plugs. He took his time and help me as much as he could. I do recommend this AutoZone since they’re very knowledgeable and very helpful! Justin at AutoZone provided excellent customer service. He was very kind, professional, and went out of his way to help me change the light bulb in my car. After waiting an hour or so, the store manager seemed to not know what tools he needed to install my battery. Once I figured it out for him, he told me he no longer had time to install a new battery I had wanted to purchase and he seemed overwhelmed by other customers being in line waiting in the store. He was prioritizing them over me. There was also 3-4 other employees there not doing anything. I went to Tires Plus and they took care of me immediately and without hassle. This store manager is not capable of managing his staff nor handling the workflow of the store.
