Got a flat from all the construction on 64, Cole’s saved the day. Was going to get my car towed but they went ahead and helped me get my spare on so I could get the tire taken care of on Monday. Appreciate everything, highly recommend.

Only giving one star because the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was polite. I was visiting a friend at Foxhill Apartments, where there’s no assigned parking, and I left around 4:20 PM. An employee placed a tow warning sticker on my car claiming it was issued at 5:00 PM, which is impossible since I was already gone by then. If they had taken a moment to look up my plates, they would have seen that my registration and tags are completely up to date. When I confronted the employee, who was sitting in his truck as I was leaving, he said he gave me “40 extra minutes.” For what, exactly? The sticker states towing would occur on Monday, so the excuse makes no sense. The sticker was clearly applied between 3:00–4:00 PM, not 5:00 PM as written. When I asked who was responsible for removing it, the employee gave a few half-hearted suggestions but showed little care or accountability. Overall, this experience makes me wonder how many other vehicles this company has wrongly tagged or damaged. Extremely unprofessional and careless behavior.
