I stopped by this location after work on a Tuesday afternoon when I realized one of my headlights was out; I needed to purchase a replacement bulb and have it installed at the same time (I googled which shops provide this service and first listed was O’Riellys) The first associate I spoke with was welcoming and helpful. He located the correct bulb and came out to my car to confirm it was the right fit and attempted to begin the installation. After taking a look under the hood, he noticed that the bulb was in a particularly difficult spot to access and might require removing surrounding components. He brought out another team member to take a look, and they explained the setup was more complex than expected and might need a mechanic. “A mechanic for a lightbulb change?” I thought and began to get frustrated. Understanding the disappointment, they went back inside and checked to see if Andrew could assist—and I am so glad they did. Andrew approached the situation with confidence and patience, carefully figuring out how to access the bulb while working around the tight and complicated layout. Despite the challenge, he was able to replace the bulb and reassemble everything properly. Andrew was cheerful, professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to solve the issue rather than turning me away. Thank you, Andrew, for your outstanding customer service and dedication—you made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly positive. You ROCK!

I've been dealing with with O'Reilly's ever since they built the place across the street from Advance.?? Guy's in O'Reilly's are very helpful & Courteous.?I couldn't get the rear wiper blade of my 2005 Highlander, one of the Guy's showed me the trick to getting blade off and they put the new one on for me?..Been going there ever since! Very clean store with any part you may need! Thank's Guy's ?

My battery died and I had stopped across the street at advanced auto. Wound up coming here instead after the competition was…less than helpful. Rick and Quentin (I hope I spelled that right!) were both happy to help and extremely helpful. They allowed us to borrow some tools, and even stood outside with us to converse while my boyfriend changed out the battery. O’Reily gained a new customer tonight. Thanks Rick and Quentin!! You guys made a stressful situation far easier than those unhelpful jerks across the street.
