Tire blew out on the highway and, to make things worse, my car had a wheel lock on it and the key was nowhere to be found. Chris was with me within 15 minutes of making the call, got my car loaded up quickly, and took it back to the shop where he was able to remove the wheel lock, throw the spare on, and direct me to a used tire shop to get it replaced. Chris is a genuinely good man who runs a great business. Professional, fast, and trustworthy — exactly the kind of person you want taking care of you in a stressful situation. I can't express the word grateful without mentioning Chris, Cody, and Jonathan. These men helped me and my son in so many ways. I pray continuous blessings and increase to this business. Cody (tow truck driver) was extremely vested in my situation from the time of pick up to the next series of events that took place that day, I appreciate you so much!!! Chris (owner) took full control once my vehicle arrived from a previous location. Mr. Jonathan (mechanic) within minutes after putting my vehicle on the lift knew exactly what the issue was and proceeded to move forward. He gave me clarity on what was needed and what the previous mechanic did not look into. Given the time frame of when my vehicle arrived - I had to stay overnight in the area. These men had me heading home by 3pm the next day. I appreciate the time, care, and professionalism of these men.
