0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I would never recommend this place to anyone and if I had the money to sue them I would. Not only is the place a junkyard, but they never even fixed my vehicle. I paid $1400 to have my frame fixed & parts for the front end that I supplied put on the vehicle, and only upon taking it to someone else did I find out they never even fixed the frame or attempted to. They left my vehicle trashed, bolts & screws left everywhere and ON THE GROUND AROUND IT. How do I know this? I have a colored vehicle with custom painted bolts and I had to pick them up and collect them from the parking lot before leaving. They left wires undone and to top it all off, MY VEHICLE WOULDN'T EVEN RUN UPON PICKING IT UP. So we had to put it in neutral and push it up a trailer in the parking lot. It was empty on radiator fluid as well, which it wasn’t when we dropped it off. You would think upon reassembling the entire front end and then needing the vehicle to start that they would check the fluids. They are impossible to get ahold of upon picking the vehicle up and after they’ve received their money. Normally I wouldn’t do this but the vehicle doesn’t drive so we had to come and get it after paying. Overall, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a auto shop and I will never be back.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever taken a car too. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles back and I will NEVER recommend this place. The owner is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. Upon picking my car up a half a tank of gas was gone, it was not at the location I dropped it off, trash was in the vehicle and there was dust all inside my vehicle even though they were only working on the outside. The owner was not cooperative with my insurance and was very rude to them. No one answers the phone when you are trying to get an update about your vehicle. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNER NEEDS TO TAKE A CLASS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A while back I visited almost every auto body shop in town looking for someone to paint my 34-year-old Ford F-250 pickup. It was badly rusted, paint was almost completely gone, and some body parts were damaged. After visiting many, and after working the phone looking for shops in central Virginia, I happened to run into Steve Robinson of Capital City Collision. Steve was pretty up front with me, telling me that my truck was just going to take too much work and would block up a shop for too long. BUT… he did agree to take it if I’d just leave it, and they’d get to it whenever they had free time. (I’d learned from the others that these shops make their money from the insurance company jobs; full repair and repaint jobs just aren’t where the money is.) He warned me it was going to take a while. And it did! BUT, I recently got my truck back, and it looks just like it did the day it came from the dealership in 1990! Ford’s two-tone red and white paint looks original! They’ve matched up new rubber accents and replaced mirrors and pin stripes. They even took dents out of trim and replaced a rotted-out bumper. This truck looks brand new! (Did I mention they cleaned, removed and replaced the painted in bed liner?). My goal all along has been to return my father-in-law’s favorite truck to good condition... and these guys overshot the goal! To Steve and all the guys there, I say Thanks! A big thank you for exceeding all my expectations! And a special thanks for what I consider to be a more than fair price! You guys are the best!
