While traveling from the east side of Virginia to Ohio this morning (Thanksgiving day when everything is closed), my daughter’s truck started having issues and she was too far from home to just turn around. Not realizing Red’s is a tractor trailer mechanic and not necessarily a auto mechanic until I spoke with Chris at Red’s, after explaining my daughter’s situation (driving with her spouse, toddler and a dog), he immediately offered to help. He met them at the next service station and took care of them. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for this kind and generous man ❤️ He definitely put my heart and mind at ease. Thank you again, Chris!!

Red was an absolute Godsend when I was stuck during snowmageddon in Virginia. He's a man of his word. The lugs came off my front driver tire leaving me stranded during snowmageddon. 2:30 in the morning not a soul around and here comes Red... Absolute Godsend! He said his power was out at his house. That he would have to go home to take care of his family but he would be back in the morning to replace my lugs and get me back on the road. Please understand that there was nobody... Nobody available at this time during snowmageddon (it was a blizzard... A big blizzard). Red was already slammed with work but he put Me and my 3 other passengers at the top of the list. Red was truly a man of his word...First thing in the morning Red with his son came with my lugs and put me back on the road. This happened almost 15 years ago and I am very glad that Red is still in business. I HIGHLY recommend this gentleman and I am thankful for everything that he did for me during snowmageddon. After being stuck for two days and two separate mechanics failing to find the problem....Red's had our truck running in 10 minutes. Great service and reasonable rates.
